At Crop Partywear Sales, we want you to love your fashion finds as much as we do! If something isn’t quite right, our flexible returns policy ensures you can shop with confidence.
Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
- Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt)
- Items must be in original packaging
Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on tank tops and crop tops if the original hygiene liner has been removed or if tags are missing.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact us within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with your request
- Include your order number and photos of the items (if applicable)
- Wait for approval – we’ll email you return instructions within 2 business days
- Ship items back to our address (you’ll receive this in your approval email)
- Track your return – we’ll notify you once we receive and process your items
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we can’t guarantee we’ll receive your returned item.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days of arrival):
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account (processing times vary by payment provider)
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
Exchanges
We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. To process an exchange:
- Follow the standard return process above
- Clearly indicate in your email that you’d like an exchange and specify your preferred replacement
- If the replacement item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference
- If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference
Note: Exchanges may take 2-3 weeks to process including shipping time.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items can’t be returned for hygiene reasons:
- Tank tops with removed hygiene liners
- Crop tops without original tags
- Final sale items (clearly marked as such on product pages)
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a free replacement or refund and provide a prepaid return label if needed.
