Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We ship worldwide, but currently cannot deliver to some parts of Asia and remote regions.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy Details

  • Return window: 15 days from the date you receive your order
  • Condition requirements: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Proof of purchase: Please include your order number or receipt
  • Packaging: Items must be in their original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Tank tops if the original hygiene liner has been removed
  • Crop tops without original tags
  • Final sale items (clearly marked on product pages)

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps to initiate your return or exchange:

  2. Include your order number and photos of the items (if applicable)
  3. Wait for approval – we’ll email you return instructions within 2 business days
  4. Ship items back to our address (provided in your approval email)
  5. Track your return – we’ll notify you once we receive and process your items

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we can’t guarantee we’ll receive your returned item.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days of arrival):

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account (processing times vary by payment provider)
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Items
